Philippe's apartment corresponds to the descriptions. It has a beautiful view over the neighboring houses to the sea and is functionally furnished. The living room is small but tastefully decorated. The balcony with table, four chairs, sofa and view of the sea was our favorite spot. Three awnings provide shade when the sun is too intense. A short walk to a beautiful beach. A supermarket is not far away. We did not use the air conditioning. All rooms have ceiling fans and the apartment can be ventilated horizontally, which was sufficient for us during the off-season. There is a parking space for a car and it is clearly marked. Access road on a mountainous terrain is relatively steep, parking spaces are narrow.

Well decorated apartment, very comfortable bedding. Everything you need is provided in terms of dishes and good quality. Bottled water and sparkling wine on arrival (nice intention). Everything is well thought out (small downside: an additional hanger would have been welcome). Philippe is very organized and you have instructions throughout your stay. He is very responsive. Top accommodation, great view from the terrace and privileged location. Everything was perfect: quiet apartment, we had an excellent stay. The host was available, private parking, restaurants, bakery and grocery store nearby. The beach at the foot of the building is a delight and the promenade leads you to a stunning cove.
