You will find both spellings to refer to our beautiful seaside resort on the Costa Brava: Roses and Roses. Don't panic, it's still the same city. Roses is the current official name, in Catalan, a co-official language of the region with Spanish. Roses is the old Castilian name, still widely used by the French who knew the region in the 1980s-1990s. Since the restoration of Catalonia's autonomy in 1979, the official usage has returned to Catalan, and all signs, maps, and institutional publications now use Roses. However, in everyday life, and particularly among our Spanish neighbours outside Catalonia, Rosas remains very common. Both names refer to the same fishing village that has become an emblematic seaside resort on the Costa Brava, nestled at the foot of its magnificent bay.

Roses is situated just a few kilometres from the French border, making it one of the most accessible seaside destinations in the Mediterranean. By car from Perpignan, it's less than an hour and a half. By train via the TGV Paris-Figueres, you're there in just over 3 hours. Arrival at the apartment is possible from 5:00 PM. To allow our cleaning service to perform their duties, you must vacate the premises before 10:00 AM.
To allow for independent and flexible check-in, a secure key box allows you to access your apartment at any time.
Each flat has an allocated space in the residence's car park.
Bed linen, towels and household linen (bath mats, hand towels and tea towels) are provided.
Mandatory cleaning fees are extra and amount to €70.00.
Bookings are final and non-refundable.

Parties and gatherings are prohibited within the residence.
They can accommodate up to 4 people, including at least one adult over 18 years old. This limit is imposed by the apartments' insurer, and no exceptions can be made.
